THE QUIET GLEN. Tommy Peoples. TPCD 001. This is Tommy's best album, 
both in terms of material and performance, and is one of the finest 
recordings I have ever heard. Many of the tunes are his own compositions 
and they're terrific. We have access to only a limited number of 
copies and it's first come, first served. They are expensive.

SKARA BRAE. Micheal O Domhnaill, Triona Ni Dhomhnaill, Maighread Ni 
Dhomhnaill, Daithi Sproule. Back in the mists of antiquity there was a 
group called Skara Brae, each of whom went on to be notorious. They made 
one album and this is it, for the first time on CD. It's beautiful.

CEOL AGUS AMHRANAIOCHT. Ceoltoiri an Cholaiste. Songs and music from the 
students of Mary Immaculate College, Limerick. The music is quite good, 
the singing not so.

RABHLAI RABHLAI. 31 traditional rhymes in Irish for children, with 
accompanying music.

MUSICAL TRAVEL IRELAND. Various artists. YA 225704. Really good 
excellent selection of musicians in different parts of Ireland, put 
together by the almost ubiquitous Michel Sikiotakis. Includes John 
Lyons, Kevin Crawford, James Cullinan, Paul Dooley, Sean Talty, Maureen 
Fahy, and others. All previously unpublished recordings, and really 
worth having.

BALLINASLOE FAIR. Various artists. Traditional Crossroads CD 4284. 
Compilation of 78 rpm records made in America by Irish musicians. Packie 
Dolan, Frank Murphy, John Sheridan, Murty Rabbett and more.

THE THREE SISTERS. Barry Kerr. SCD 1040. First record from an excellent 
flute player and piper, although it's marred by an extremely intrusive 
guitarist and bodhran player.

THE SEA AND OTHER SONGS. Briege Murphy. SCD 1038. Second album by the 
Forkhill singer, mostly of songs written by herself.

CHARIOT. Siobhan MacGowan. MURCD 06. Debut album by Shane's sister.

LIVING RIVER. Rawlins Cross. Canadian band play music.

EAR TO THE GROUND. Midnight Court. MMRCD 1021. German band play Irish 
music.
