BETWEEN WORLDS. Micheal O Suilleabhain. CDVE 926. Compilation of previously
released tracks by the well-known piano player.

The historic recordings of uilleann piper Johnny Doran (tape only, but pure
genius) are again available. They werec withdrawn because of a production
fault, but this has been rectified.

FOLKSONG. Various artists. SOW 1001. compilation featuring tracks from
Eileen McGann, Dervish,Frances Black, Geraldine McGowan, Fiona Joyce, Anam,
Marian Bradfield.

CIRCUS. Mary Black. DARACD 074. Mary's seventh solo album consists of all
new songs by writers such as Noel Brazil, Jimmy MacCarthy, Kevin Doherty.

CAUSEWAY. Nollaig Casey and Arty McGlynn. TACD 3035. This release features
Arty's guitar work and Nollaig's fiddling and singing. The instrumental
tracks are composed by McGlynn and Casey.

THE MOUNTAIN ROAD. OSSCD 84. A selection of music and song from Cork &
Kerry, featuringMatt Cranitch, Johnny O'Leary, Denis Murphy, Jackie Daly,
Padraig O'Keeffe, Mrs Cronin. These tracks have all been published before,
but together they make an admirable introduction to the music of the area.

FAREWELL TO LISSYCASEY. OSSCD 79. Traditional music and song from County
Clare, featuring Kevin Griffin, Bobby Gardiner, Tom Lenihan, Terry Bingham,
Micho & Gussie Russell, Siney Crotty and more. A sampler from the Ossian
label.

Although it's early days, we have just received the 1996 Traditional Music
Calendar. These proved very popular last year  Facing each month is a
handsome full-page black and white photograph of traditional musicians,
with a smaller photograph and explanatory text  beside the month. Later on
in the year they will make ideal Christmas presents.

CROSSING. Any Old Time. DARACD 072. New, excellent album by the Cork-based
trio of Matt Cranitch, Dave Hennessy and Mick Daly

THE LONGEST ROAD. Briege Musphy. SCD 1034. Album of newly-composed songs by
the singer from South Armagh.

SEIDEAN SI. Paddy Glackin & Robbie Hannan CEFCD 171. Great music with a
Donegal accent on fiddle and uilleann pipes from two of Ireland's finest.

AN BUACHAILL DREOITE. Joe Ryan. CICD 113. The first solo album from the
Inagh, Co. Clare fiddler, longtime musical associate of John Kelly and a
really great West Clare musician.
