Bodhrán Cheese Cake

___________________________________________________

  1. Take one medium sized bodhrán; soak well in water overnight.
  2. Fill with cheesecake crust and filling.
  3. Bake as usual.
  4. The frame will support the cake and prevent falling or cracking. The skin will bounce the cake up and give it extra body.
